Welcome to the pleasure of full timing. Been at it over 2 years and have been spending the last 2 months hanging out back of the RV while summering In Maine. SWMBO says I can't modify the RV to hang inside.

I'm trying to convince my wife on this set up for our house. So far no luck.
Paradiso Double with two Easy Hooks. You may have to use some rope or chain depending on how far apart your walls are. Let me know if you like this idea. I know a guy that knows a guy. Just trying to help!

    Good Luck!

Nothing says bachelor pad more than a hammock and a copy of the hammock sutra! Welcome back to the single life!

that Bossa Nova is a sweet looking hammock. I'm afraid the kittykats would have that fringe taken care of in one short afternoon though...

Hey, Rook. Sorry to hear about the life changes.
I have a Brazillian hammock similar to the bossa nova with no fringe. I love it!! Super-duper comfy.

    Re: Ditching the bed.

Rook, I'm in the same situation as of 2 weeks ago. I picked up an eno double nest and eno wall mounts and love it. No bed and not looking back! It took me a few nights to get my sleeping position figured out. I ended up with 2 light blankets in there with me. One like a horseshoe under my head and down my sides the second folded in a rectangle roughly 14"x24" under my legs/feet.

Side note: there's plenty of room in there for a rebound

I'm in the same boat Rook. Mine happened about 21 months ago, and I got myself a Hennessy instead of a new bed. It's been remarkably good. It works pretty well at keeping you out of trouble too! I must say that it is nice to sleep in a bed from time to time, but I'm pretty much convinced that sleeping alone in a hammock is more enjoyable than sharing a bed with someone. For the time being at least.

    Best of luck to ya.

    Got anything not so girly?

I most likely would also ruin this great looking white hammock.

This is an interesting thread. Anyone know the correct height to hang from for an indoor hang?

But,,,they do make cotton bridge style hammocks for indoor hanging as well. I enjoy sleeping in my hammock every nite.
    Got a link?
