    Hey.

My name is Justin friends call me Justo. I'm pretty new to hammocking, about a year now. I live in the south of England in a city called Southampton.

I've done about 4 trips as a hammocker the longest trip being the west highland way in Scotland a 97 mile romp through the hills of the Scottish highlands which took me 5 days to do carrying everything with me.
Others have been just around my local area for 1 or 2 nights at a time.

I've been watching videos on you tube from the likes of Shug, babel fish 5 and many others, and it was because of those guys I converted to hammocks rather than tents.

I'm waiting delivery on a warbonnet blackbird from warbonnet outdoors. The rig I have at the moment is a tenth wonder bivi hammock with tree huggers and whoopie slings, a DD 3x3 metre tarp a snugpak underquilt and homemade top quilt

Welcome, friend from across the water, glad to hear of your love of hammocking. Most who try the black bird love it, I hope you do so as well. If you get a chance to visit over here be sure to let us know so we can share some hospitality with you.

Thats nice Justrocks - i love the pun in that... (you coming from the UK...)

I'm new to Hammockforums as well. Finn Harald is my name, and I'm from a small community in the south western part of Norway. I've always loved the comfort of a hammock, but have not got around to buying a shelter for myself until last year (ENO). This summer I bought two more a Hennessy shelter and a stand alone hammock.
Been living in my hammocks since the start of my summer vacation. I have even set up a system in my garage as the trees at home are not quite big enough to hold anyones weight.

Looking forward to learn some good bushwacking tips for my hammocking experience from the forum.
