    When good people help

thank them. Adam and Jenny did me a solid with a very quick TAT on 40 degree burrow that's leaving with me tomorrow morning for Ely, MN and Northern Tier Scout high adventure base. Very much appreciated. So glad I found you, so glad you're here on HF. I will not forget it.

I saw Adam find someone's wallet in Salt Lake City and find them on Facebook. Then drive their wallet to them this morning.

I'll say this. The single most, best customer service experience I've ever had came from Adam and Jen. These are the best folks you can deal with.

Maybe the folks at Dutchware have better service???? LOL! Seriously, my dealings with Adam and Jen have been excellent---plain and simple, they seem like really good people and it shows in everything they do! I love that story on the AT when Adam went out of his way to help some lost day hikers---even though it was many miles out of his way. When I hear about people like that, it inspires me to look out for my fellow man and help when I can!

FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

Little tongue in cheek comment amongst friends I would think.
