Mighty fine looking setup with the addition of the mosquito net. Enjoy your new purchase. If you haven't got a tarp yet, Jared has some nice ones

I've actually got Paul over at AHE working on a Shangri La for me, should be perfect for 3 season plus fun. Especially paired with the Wind Breaker from Jared.

Got a couple hours hanging and I really love the design with this, also my Wind Breaker will be here later today so more pictures to come. Late next week I will be upgrading the suspension and trying out some whoopie slings and dutch buckles to try out. Really can't wait for my UQ and TQ to try an overnight or 3.

Received my Wind Breaker today and what a difference it makes, must be 10 degrees warmer with it on. Definitely this rounds out Jareds' hammocks nicely, the wife almost didn't give it back after she tried it out. She was also astounded in that she thought it had less shoulder pinch then her TLG Double.

    Feet all cozied up:

    Peeking out for a look:

All sealed up from the outside:

    AHE Cinch Buckles:

Have to say I'm more impressed every minute I lay in this thing. Between the Wind Breaker and my quilts I'm thinking I could easily do some cold weather hanging.

Many, many thanks to Jared over at Simply Light Design

After sleeping through dinner figured I would pack it up for the night and find what ever dinner was left. LOL

The final weight for Stuff Sack, Streamliner DL 1.1, Mosquito Defender 360, Wind Breaker, AHE Cinch Buckle with 15' Tree Straps 2.25lbs super impressive.

I'll drop down to around 2 lbs total once I switch over to the Whoopie Slings is my guess.

It looks like yours isn't edged with grosgrain? I bet it doesn't get as tight on the edges when getting out of it because of this.

    Grosgrain Binding

I have decided not to offer the binding option on this hammock (unless someone absolutely wants it and asks for it). I think when I first started doing it, I was carrying over a little bit of the mentality of binding cat cut tarps for aesthetics. It does look nice, but is looking good worth sacrificing the aspect of being able to lounge in the hammock? I don't think so.

It is always great to get feedback from others, as it helps me to improve my offerings.

I agree, the binding really "dresses up" the hammock. I wouldn't have thought it would make that big of a difference.
