Why is the option to start a new thread available to me in some forums but not in others?
Are you looking to post from your web browser, or from an app like tapatalk?
If you mean in sections of the same forum it may be due to limitations placed on the section of the forum. Like on this forum you must have a certain number of posts to be able to post in the for sale section.
