    One question

There seems to be tree straps in some of Tarseer images, but the suspension system at store does not contain those if I see it correctly.

Does not the MadTree hammock need a tree protecting straps? Or are they there even if not clearly seen in product images?

There is lots of information at their site. For example this.

Suspension systems are same. Your information will be at 2.07 min.

And of course there is the User Manual

We have moved our suspension system from using Dyneema and the straps to using just Polyester sleeved Dyneema. The new system is lighter and allows for longer suspension cords as well as easier operation. The product picture of the red Tarseer still show the old system as it has not been updated yet. Sorry for the confusion.

As Voivalin pointed out our three point system also works well with just two trees and a spreader. The kit we supply comes with Dyneema cord loops and carabiners for attaching a spreader. The Tarseer video also displays how they work in action.

Standard shipping time to US is around eight days from the moment it leaves our door.
