This thread makes me happy that through research I decided that HG is the way to go for my insulation.
I may be dumb, but at least I'm ugly!

I've done so much, with so little, for so long, now I can do anything with nothing.

It's not peer pressure, it's just your turn.

Thoughts on the new HG UQ suspension system?

I've used both and love the new suspension. The old one required way to much adjustment to keep the drafts out. The new ones are much more snug. Sometimes I'll tie the end together above the hammock if its really cold, but that it's. HG is a great company. You can't go wrong with them.

Using my HG phoenix 20 in the backyard for the first time tonite. I did a test hang with both suspension systems and the new one was definitely superior, however, I'm hanging mine from a pair of triangle things that I picked up from AHE on clearance. These little Tri-things are awesome. definitely the way to hang your UQ. Especially if you use more than one hammock with the same UQ.
