Nothing wrong with a little lolly gaggin when your campsite looks like that. Thanks for sharing that with us Shug. Looking forward to video #3

I was going to have a hard time watching the this if you would have passed up hanging over that lake...Sometimes ya just have to throw the schedule out the window for a change in plans for something to good to pass up...You guys would have been kicking yourselves had you moved on..

That's a fact, sitting there on that stone bench in the evening watching the lake and listing to the loons has got to be a moment to savor for years to come!

Finished watching both installments, wonderful, simply wonderful thank you for taking the time to make them for us. Sunrise from that site must have been a beautiful site to see in person.

I like your new hat, by the way!
Love cedar bark on my cheek. Do you have that tree down there?
Yeah the hat...need sun protection since my melanoma. We could be twins!

Yes...cedary is good. I found the single serve packs at World Market. Amazon has them too....http://www.amazon.com/Individual-Nut...a+single+serve

Fellers that's about the finest camping spot I've ever, ever seen .... completely understand why you boys pulled up short for the day. Mighty fine! Come on part 3!
Those red pines really got to us. So dang nice.

I hear you on burned areas being a pain to navigate; we get quite a bit of that down here in the Sunshine State. Always bring a map!

That Fancee Feest working out for ya? And the pack seems like it rides nice.

Your knee give you any trouble out there? You're looking awfully fit...guess that P90X and the PT worked out for ya.

    Looking forward to part 3!
My Fancee Feest has been my go-to for quite a while now. My knee is 100% good to go on the trail. Yeah...burns have an austere beauty.

Man the loons serenaded and the heavens gave us peace. And a tasty dinner. The best.

That campsite would make anyone stop and stay a while.

I haven't had Underwood Deviled Ham in yrs. What kind of olives were you eating and how did they keep on the trail. I haven't found an olive yet I didn't like. I may have to think about taking them now

    Oh yeah....so glad we did.
That Underwood is a fine snack....in the woods at least.
The olives hold up for days as does the Reggiano cheese. My wife picked up those olives from the Fancy Store....bright green. I'll try to find out the name.
