    Speedy shipping

Thought we needed a shipping good news story to offset a few "where's mah hammock" stories. Ordered an XLC and tarp from WB recently and Brandon kindly accommodated some upcoming travel plans by sending it PDQ (pretty **** quick). As it turns out I needn't have worried about the timing of my flights down south... that little bundle of nylon made its way from Colorado across to New Zealand seven days after it was shipped!

Very happy, only trouble now is I have to wait through another two twelve hour shifts before I can try it out

When I get down to the lower South Island, I wonder if I'll be the southernmost user of a Blackbird on record?

Thanks for sharing a nice story. That's been my experience with Brandon as well. He's as accommodating as he can be. Very solid customer service!

You're not wrong. Unbeknownst to me when I wrote the above, sitting in my mailbox on the same day was a little package from Dutch with clips and Stingerz in it, sent out with a similarly fast turnaround. Bonus!

    Talking Brandon is GREEEEEEATTT!

I too, because of a lack of planning, needed a XLC in a hurry and he came thru for me. He answered my emails fast and got me my hammock quick fast and in a hurry. I will patronize him in the future for this and the fact he hasn't gone Chinese and don't think he will. Thanks Brandon "you da bomb"

    Dutchware too

I needed some tarp pulls for my DYI, that I will never do again but turned out great, tarp. Dutchware came thru on these too. I could have put pulls on it but was just tired of working on it so I ordered some pulls and they got here fast.
