Yeah, really, and all that running ain't good for you, really. Humans are designed/evolved to either walk or run on the balls of their feet, IE sprint, not in between.

    http://www.posetech.com/pose_method/...technique.html

And all that distance running saps your manhood, literally. Testosterone and Insulin-like growth factor are reduced in runners (marathoners father far more female children). Olympic lifters and powerlifters are swimming in the stuff. Deadlifts and squats are what keep you out of a nursing home.

Well you made me go check my BB and you are right there are some slight differences. Yours are a little thicker and the weld looks better. There is more material around the weld and there are tool marks on either side of the weld.

So maybe the search goes on or I will try to lift some weight with these, they are very, very close.

I really didn't drink much beer anyhow. That was the easy one to give up. Soda was harder actually, oh and I have decided to reduce my walmart intake to almost nothing. There are many things that you can pretty much only get a walmart.

This is going to be a good year, a good year indeed. I have made changes in my life to work on my priorities. I vowed off TV, quit drinking beer, soda, eating fatty foods, going to restaurants, and I am cutting back on my hours at work. I sleep more, spend more time with the family, I am training for my 6th marathon, and now quality time with my sewing machine. Oh and I plan on going hiking this year sometime. :
Wow Dutch, you are all set for some great projects.
Thanks for posting on your resolutions & priority adjustments. It has inspired me to make a few adjustments in my life. Life is short and TV sucks way too much of it. I have found that my ultra-light quest is partly to compensate for lack of physical fitness. That will change, tho there are no marathons in my future. My sewing machine been lonely of late. That must change.
I look forward to seeing you and your creations at the Spring MAHHA hang
