    Spring and Summer Hanging

I see a lot of very informative posts about cold weather camping. But with Spring fast approaching, and Summer soon after it, what gear do you shave off for hanging in the cool but nicer weather of the Spring? What do you drop when it turns hot in the Summer? Is there gear that you bring regardless of the season? Or maybe go on a hang without a tarp if the weather isn't calling for rain?

I haven't been hanging in the sweltering South Carolina heat yet, but I've got plans. I'll still use my double layer tablecloth hammock to prevent the skeeters from getting at me backside, and I'll be investing in a bug net soon (I hope). Other than that, I'll be trading in my mummy bag top quilt for a silk mummy bag liner, and no underquilt. Tarp as needed - I'll carry it and string it, but probably not deploy it from the snake skins unless I need it.
I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.
