    Thank you.
    I paid a guy $200 to clean out my back yard this past fall so I don't have a stick of firewood left back there.

    =================

    The current plan is to gather/camp in the Kenosha East campground Friday/
    Friday night then about 12noon Sat hike up to the South Park Overlook
    and setup camp for Sat night. Sat afternoon day hike to view My Guyot.
    Sunday morning break camp and head home on your own schedule.

    Please post/confirm your attendance and comment if you like this plan or
    would prefer to just camp in the campground the whole weekend and day hike to the overlook.
    I'm good either way.

    I'm still in. I'm in for whichever plan most folks want...I'm good either way.

    I'm committed. I haven't seen a confirmation of the event date in a while, so would someone post that? Bob said friday, so I'm assuming Feb. 8th?

    I might be able to put together a pulk by then. Hmmm....

    Sounds like a pretty good plan, I'll be there.
    Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. Hang your own hammock from them as the winds blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves. - John Muir (you know, all but the hammock part)

    Noob

    I'm going to try to make it as well if my insulation shows up on time. Waiting for WB Yeti 3-season UQ, WBBB travel sock, and a 0deg UGQ TQ. I've already received my WBBB DL 1.7, WB MJ tarp, about 5/8" CCF pads to supplement the Yeti if needed, and a bunch of do-dads/rope/webbing to fit it all together with I hope.

    I am a complete noob with hammocks but have been doing lots of reading on here. Probably not the best idea to make my first hang a winter one, but I figure the car and drive back to Denver won't be too bad if I fail completely on my first attempt
