SOLD and shipped to fishbait Jacks R Better down hood, weighs 2 oz., $30 with free shipping, currently on sale for $40 at the JRB website with $6.45 ship fees

SOLD and shipped to 57hop Jacks R Better down sleeves, weigh 5.5 oz., $50 with free shipping, currently on sale for $70 with $11.45 ship fees

SOLD but still PENDING FUNDS to BH, Jacks R Better 3 season Sniveler top quilt, older model with green and black fabric, size regular (to 5'10"), overstuffed 5 oz. by Tim Marshall to weigh 24.95 oz., 53" of Omnitape with footbox ties to seal the lower portion of it, 6.5 inches of doubled loft in the body, but where the footbox is gathered, the doubled loft is 8.5".

The top width is 46" due to the puffed up baffles. This Sniveler is older than the 52" wide current models made for ground dwellers. Fits me fine while hanging in any position, but it's not for a side sleeping, grounder with wide shoulders. Could easily be rigged with small diameter bungie and mitten hooks for use as a full length, winter UQ, and has grosgrain tabs for maintaining the asym position.

The price is $145 with free shipping.

All items have free shipping to US and Canada. Post here as a place keeper then PM to me.

Edit to answer questions: The quilt is lightly used. It is clean except for some minor sunscreen on the top edge. I periodically put it in a cold clothes dryer to keep it fluffed up and I store it in a 40+ gallon rectangular plastic tub.

It has been my below freezing quilt which is the months of November through March at the elevation where I do volunteer trailwork. For my other backpacking trips, I've been using lighter, less warm gear. This quilt is about 4 to 5 years old, so the down is definitely not the newer 900 fill from JRB. I believe that JRB only offered one model of Sniveler in those days, that is why I boosted the fill. There was room for it.

At that time, Tim Marshall, founder of Enlightened Equipment, was only doing custom down work from his home. Tim did the overfill and installed the Omnitape. Since then, I tried to remove the Omnitape because it sticks to my fleece sleeping clothes. I found that the Omnitape stitching is what seals the baffles, so there is some of my hand stitching where there is no Omnitape. To mitigate your risk of these perceived problems, I'm giving an immediate money back guarantee including return shipping. When you receive it, if you don't like it, send it back and I will refund all of your money.

Yes, this quilt has the head hole. That has not worked well for me because the quilt is so bulky, I can't do much while wearing it. I fear that if the quilt shifts while I'm leaning over a stove, the fabric could melt. Much of the brush at my mid-elevations here is capable of tearing some fabrics.

For the three prospective buyers, I will follow the sequence of the initial responses.
