Like the mighty brontosaurus who used the water to help support his massive frame, I too shall spend time in the water.

Henceforth I shall no longer be known as Gresh, but simply as "MANatee."
I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.

    OK guys, BIG ISSUE!!!

I will be posting this in a second thread but as of right now, Santee State Park lost most of my reservation and we only have room for 10 tents (or 5 hammocks....)

So we have 2 options. First one, is that Santee is willing to help us get enough room in the back right of the normal camp, near the wooded area.

This has its pro's and cons.
    Biggest "pro" is showers
Cons are parking, costs twice as much and not close to lake (you can see it...)

Second option is move the even just a little further north to Sesquicentennial State Park. While there would be no swimming, kayaking would be available as well as little pigs BBQ. which is amazing. This would also cost us a good bit to reserve, but I think with the refund from Santee it wouldnt be that much.

Please let me know ASAP your choices, I need to make the call by Friday.

Re: SC Fall Sprawl 2013, Santee SC Sept 20-22

We are looking at some other options, too. Lake Greenwood S.P., Poinsett S.P. and a couple of others. Making calls tomorrow to see what's available.

Vote cast...but you'd think they'd remember us from last year and find a way to make it work.

Won't be the same if we're not in the group site.
