Why is everyone selling their WBBB?

In the past few days I've must have seen five or six WBBB 1.1s & 1.7s go up for sale in the for sale thread. I'm hoping it's just because everyone wants the new MultiCam Model that came out. If this keeps up I'm going to be forced to buy one

I don't know, but as I sit here anxiously awaiting my new multicam to come in, I hope that is the only reason, as this is my first WBBB, or is it a WBMCB?

I sold mine to move on to lighter ways. I plan on returning to Warbonnet for a 1.7sl, but for now Im looking at a Darien.

Two reasons I think, and I'm an example of both... I went with a lighter, netless setup for lightweight warm hikes, and got a Ridgerunner to use with my downmat for cooler hikes.

I realized that I like the open feel of a hammock without a net, and boy, it doesn't get any more open than the RR with the net peeled back.

I love my BB and if I move on to something else I will either keep it as a loaner or give it to a friend to help get them started in hammock land

dont fear your purchase its a fine hammock i have a bb and a rr.the only reson i would sell is if i had to pick just 1 then i would pick the ridge runner, but thats different for all users.good luck with yours you will be very happy with it,its kind of like a nylon feather the more you lay there the more tickled you will be .... grin

I have had two of them, liked em both. But, once I got my Ridgerunner I knew I would never use my Blackbird again...but that's just me.

My WBRR is the reason my WBBB 1.7SL will probably be up for sale soon but everyone will have their own preference. They each have their strong points.
