Good evening everyone - I wanted to update that everything is back online and in great shape. I ended up taking a little bit of extra time to test everything through, as well as go for a nice hike with my family around Mt. Greylock in NW Massachusetts this weekend.

I've also been fortunate to add back several of my rectangular cat-cut tarps back into my regular lineup, which should be in stock soon!

Thanks to all of your kind support and your patience in me getting the operational end of OES in better shape than it has ever been.

This is really good news Brian. It's time for me to order a new tarp because I have used the heck out of my MacCat Ultra because I love it so much. I'm excited you are back because I believe you make the best tarp out there that I've seen. I'll be contacting you soon now in hopes you can help me choose my next one.

I'm glad to hear there is a reason for your lack of response to my repeated emails. I'm sad however because I'm still sitting over here (after 2 months) without the item I ordered.

I hope your health issues improve and your website service gets back up and running, but as for me, this was pretty much a deal breaker.

So basically this was all just lip service? Because I still hear complaining about non-responsiveness and bad customer service. I've got my OES, but it took forever and I don't believe I'd ever recommend them again...
