Instructions for making UQ out of down comforter?

Today I found a old Down queen size comforter. I would like to have a friend make it into a UQ for me. Anyone have instructions I can give to her on how to do it?

Sounds to me like the best thing to do is just scavenge the down and make the UQ based on one of the many designs you can find here.
