Hi everyone!

I've been thinking of upgrading my insulation for chilly autumn (not winter!) nights. I've been using a very thin silver-backed pad, which works passably well, but is a bit of a pain to use. It's the very thin stuff you can fold up for packing, it might be 1.5 mm or so. Down underquilts are out (too expensive, too fiddly and not necessary as I don't use a hammock below freezing point). As I use a hennessy hammock, I've been thinking about a SuperShelter. It would be more convenient than the pad, but it's pretty expensive and heavier than my tiny pad. If you've used both, how would you compare their "temperature ratings"? I.e. if you're comfortable with a CCF pad down to 8°C, then what's the temp you'd be comfortable at with a SS (without an overcover)?
