    Good news - the 1.1 Olive 2nds are the same both sides. You're good to go!

    And everyone's advice on finding the best side is great. I usually do the rub fabric together to see if there's a different feel method if it's not obvious visibly. And if there's no DWR or other coating, doesn't matter which side goes where if there's no obvious shiny side.

    I use the same material all the time. It does have a shiny and dull side. I use natural light from a window (day time) and can tell the difference from across the room. Using a lamp - I have a hard time telling.
    I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

    It may be time for me to invest in some decent lighting. I rarely get to work on stuff until the kids are asleep!
