Interesting concept. Do you put one on each channel? I think I would be concerned about snagging the zipper pull and ending up with down everywhere!

No just the one zip and the baffles join each other at each end so one continuous baffle really. Down spilling out everywhere could be a problem, time will tell. If the method works out I can always add a velcro closure over the zip to provide a bit more protection.
