220ish and so far, so good with the rings. BUT, I am always sure to put a slipknot on the strap.

i'm around 200 & i have had slipping if the webbing got the least bit of center.
but the slip knot is a quick & sure solution to that.

I've always used a slip knot on mine. I weigh in at about 245, but would do it if I weighed only 145. I don't like unexpected falls.
    Peace,

Hmm I don't think either of us will ever know the answer to that one.

I weight in about the same as Txulrich and back my ring buckles up with a slip knot as well. Even if my weight weren't a factor, I'd probably go ahead and back it up anyway. I really don't see a reason not to, better same than sorry, IMO. When I was in service, one of the things they taught us was that anytime a knot supports any significant weight, especially your body weight, back it up with another knot.

Unexpected falls are fun, it's just the landings I don't like. I back my rings with a slip-knot up too. The CC buckles don't seem to have this problem. This was probably mentioned in the first 52 pages of this thread somewhere. I'm not going back to read them all.
