    It's not small at all. We didnt have the ridgeline set up in the pictures and we nothing taunt at all. I tried it with a ridgeline after I posted the pics and there is a lot more room and it definately doesnt touch on either side. Plus you can do the tie-outs in the direction you prefer to match your lay in the hammock. I lay with my feet on the left and my head on the right, where my son is just the opposite. The pull-outs match where our head and feet are and I love that.

    That is how we have it set up also. I just need to buy some shock cord to seal up the bottom and keep the nasties out. But before long we wont need them here. I can't wait!

    Gotcha. I might try that out seeing as how it's very cheap considering.

    looks good, i plan to experiment this week.
    thinkin possibly a couple small holes to let the ridge line through.
    i hang minimally in the bug seasons so i think i can make this work well and use it on the sail boat also.
