fireworks from below local people have fog here always so they dont buy too powerfull fireworks to enjoy them... would be very interesting to observe from our position though

My new years bikepacking trip/hammock hang was a week late, on account of going down to Phoenix to visit my sister and let my nephew play with my camera. That kid actually takes good pics!

But I rode out Friday (1/5) to the East Pocket area, overlooking the Verde Valley, and spent a night on the edge of the world. Happy new year, indeed.
