Another one of those painful summer days to get through here in the scenic Ossimoosic River Valley of Western Maine... 70°s, low hum, next to no bugs, puffy clouds... just a placid river to walk along, and a hammock to tumble into when you get home.
How is it that I always plan to read and just fall asleep?
There oughta be a haiku in there someplace...

Not an overnight hang but a nice spot nonetheless. This is why I always have a spare hammock in my truck. Second pic is my view looking up from the hammock.
