    ENO guardian bug net modification?

    Hey everyone,

I'm currently using the ENO guardian bug net. It works great, it just weighs in at 16oz and I feel that with some modification, a lot of the excess fabric could be gotten rid of. Has anybody had any luck with this, or might have any ideas about how to go about doing this?

P.S. I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about how the ends of the bug net will open up after getting into your hammock. Instead of having to sacrifice the outermost ridgeline clips or using extra prussiks, just use the drawstring to tie a slippery half hitch before you drop in and you're set.

Cut off about 13" off the bottom and remove the zipper. The net will drape over the hammock making entry/exit easy and I have never had an issue w/skeeters getting in.
