Great Service From White Mountain Hammocks

I bought a Hennessey Hex from HA Member Golite (a completely enjoyable transaction with good communications and fast delivery) and wanted to get a suspension system for it. I prefer webbing for tarp straps as I think it better for the trees, and I can use them for the extra hammock when needed. I saw a post by HA Member Lost In Space who runs White Mountain Hammocks decided to give his website a look.

I saw his 3000# tree straps and the Lock and Load cinch buckles and they were pretty much just what I wanted. I e-mailed at 9:36 PM on Thursday, Gary responded the next morning with a quote to include shipping and price to include a minor mod (one loop on the tree strap instead of two) along with a link to a handy e-mailable Order Form. I sent the order in Friday night, Saturday morning I had a Pay Pal Invoice, which I paid on Sunday afternoon.

The straps were in mailbox when I got home this evening (Tuesday).

The price was right, the service prompt and courteous, the order systme convenient, and delivery was super fast. Workmanship is great and professionally done. Good work and prompt service needs to be recognized, and that's what I'm doing here.

I'm going to try out these Lock and Loads this weekend on the new tarp and if they work as well as they look, I'm going to replace the descender rings on the HHDJ with a new pair of Lock and Loads.

Thanks for the great comment Sarge. Although I would be happy to make a hammock for anyone, straps and strap products are what I have been doing since 2009.
