I guess it's safe to assume the shrimp spread was at least better than pork brains. Ya'll didn't hack them out all over the ground at least! Sure looked like you guys were having fun. I hope to check out the Gorge sometime. It is in my home state! Thanks Shug! I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Not sure of the mileage from Nashville to there but it is longer drive than 1.5 hrs

    Shug,

Loved the video. Been waitin' for it. You don't make a bad one and this series promises to be as great as always. Spring certainly is the time to be out.

That is just Hickery's regular lunch.....he has a very explorative palate.

The Hikery Brothers, Back In Action! Always a good time, there Shug!

Glad your foot didn't give out on you. Not sure if I'd be willing to eat shrimp hummus m'self--I'm not from Louisiana. Them frog legs did look good, though. Especially with fresh corn on the cob. You can go wrong with Old Bay, but it takes effort.

Which hammock is that? It sure does look comfy. I'm liking the look of that cuben tarp, too...my wallet, less so...

Cool trick with the Ziplock. Not sure if I'd trust one with my camera deliberately submerged. Fine for rain, and I'm willing to gamble at stream crossings, but I don't know if I'd deliberately put it under water. You're a braver man than I. Glad the baggie held!

Looking forward to Part 2 and more!
