    The crinkle taffeta is not as slippery as ripstop nylon and is harder to move around in as well.

    There's nothing special about the fold, it's just what worked for me this time.

    Here's pics of a paper towel mock-up. The last "accordion fold" step will have several more folds using the real thing. Hope this helps....

    Thanks for the pics and dang you all, just when I thought I was done buying DIY supplies you all come on here and post more eye candy that I must have. Only problem is is my neighbor only has two good trees to hang from:lol (I dont have any trees in my yard so I use my neighbors-with permission of course).

    Now off to buy more cloth and amsteel and webbingdang you all to HE!!

    I don't find it that hard to move around in, but I'm a monster so what do I know. But you do slide pretty easy in ripstop.

    Try sliding in a mayan! Crinkle-T is a big step up for me in the slippery department

    I quickly learned to buy amsteel in 100' increments at a minimum. Your life will be easier if you do to.

    BTW, and FYI and all that. This fabric weighs in at roughly 2.6 oz / sy.

    Also I washed it and air dried it and it didn't lose any color.
