Blackbird double 1.1

After a few months of reviews, forums and YouTube I finally made a big order. Ordered the blackbird double layer 1.1 with the superfly, pegs, dutchwear gear and carabiners. So excited to hang with my English Springer

Congrats! But...kinda like a puppy, initially it's the cutest thing ever and you can be 100% devoted. After a while you kinda feel you need another puppy to keep the first one company. The third one you get just for the smell of "puppy breath"..ect

Awesome! I just ordered a therm-a-rest z lite and top quilt. getting there, just require a backpack then I am set!

Well good news...hammock and superfly arrived....sad news is that 76.50 CND extra for duty and GST! I hope the dog and I have amanzing experiences and adventures using this sleep system!

Funny. My wife, who very rarely camps, was in the garage last week looking at the shelves that I have my camping stuff on and she just gives me that look and says "What the hell is all this stuff?". I have four hammocks, three tarps, three UQs, eight sleeping bags and more cooking accessories than I can count. It really starts to add up.
