Hey all, I'm just getting into hammock camping. It actually peaked my interest when I began preparing for my upcoming trip to Ecuador. I found out that the best thing to sleep in in the jungle was a hammock and immediately I thought, why have I not used a hammock here? All the years of losing tent poles in the middle of the night after a day of hiking and waking up with the imprints of walnuts and rocks in my back could have been avoided. Ah well, I know about it now!
