This UQ consists of 1.1 ripstock nylon shell, one layer of Climashield (5.0) (1.2" LOFT) sandwiched between two layers of Insultex. This combination was tested at 27 degrees and worked well. Compression sack, channeled shockcords and hanging hooks are all included in sale. $135.00. Used twice for testing purposes. Weighs 2.5 lbs. This is a well made 7'-6" x 4'-6" UQ.

I've seen this in action at 27F and light blowing snow. I am shocked to read Ray is selling this!! I can only think that he's cleaning up to make room for all the other DIY stuff he's been making.
Just wanted to drop an endorsement on this most excellent quilt.
Ray is a madman as far as DIY is concerned. His gear is made with the utmost care. Someone is going to get a fantastic synthetic UQ at a steal.
