Dynaglide v Zing/Lash-it

Soo, what's special about Dynaglide? Is it primarily the coating? Seems like it's somewhat stiffer than Zing/Lash-it.

I know the weights and strength comparisons.

But at 2mm, is it for some reason easier to splice than 2.2 Zing it? I ask because I do not enjoy splicing Zing-it, but I do need it for some applications.

Tell me why, oh wise ones.

It's not easier to splice. But the coating is thicker, and glides over branches more smoothly.

The higher weight rating is why it is often used more.
