That's Awesome Islander! Reminds me of last year when I had to hang from my boat rack on the truck I was driving. Just goes to show, when you're handed lemons, make lemonaid!

Good reason to drive a truck, and not a low sports car.

Nice - I didn't have any trucks or trees last night at a friends house. I used 2 poles and some line. It's not bad at all.

I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

Not normally used for hammock camping, Kayak straps I had in the truck anyway. Looped those all the way around the truck cab similar to a "large-tree-strap" & through the door openings. On both trucks.
Then attach hammock rigging to that.

    Sooo.... just a few questions.

Whats the pack weight on the full system??? (in grams and oz, please)
When are you starting production on your new "mobile" stand?

Can you really drive your trucks like that???
Did you modify the gas and brake pedals and steering?
    Do the hammocks effect MPG?
