With the basic science of heat reflectivity I think one would be best to use a foam pad on TOP of the reflective shade, right? Anyone, Bill Nye??
One of those saved my butt in Florida when the temps dropped more than expected. The silver side goes on top.

I used one last summer, an XL version for trucks. It was nice and warm, but slipped out easily. I am thinking of using some rubber cement or silicon rtv to make a bunch of non-skid dots all over the bottom.
Pads work best with a double layered hammock or else you're fighting it all night. I finally had one made for me and even when the UQ isn't enough I'll slide a 3/4 pad in and it fixes everything.

I used a blue Walmart pad underneath one of the Jumbo Blockade sunscreens for my first hang last weekend. Worked great, perfectly toasty on the bottom. It slid around a bit, but it was manageable. Agree with the previous idea; some hot glue dots or rubber pieces underneath to keep it in place might be helpful. Or just a DIY SPE.
