Might be pulling the trigger on a new machine today, a Husqvarna Viking Emerald 118. I demoed it yesterday and it is such a smooth machine, I was in love
I'm having so much fun making stuff I figured it was time to invest in a new rig

Nevermind, found a limited edition Husqvarna Viking Madison for an outrageous price and scooped it up, picking her up this weekend. Never in my life thought I would be so pumped for a new thread injector
Congrats!
Good deal there Yukon. The ladies at our local Joann's store speak very highly of the Husqvarna brand. Enjoy it!
One word of caution... Husquevanna (Viking) is a proprietary parts comany. In other words only approved dealers can get repair parts. My local mechanic does not work on them for that reason. They are very high end machines with excellent track records.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.
"Bless you child, when you set out to thread a needle don't hold the thread still and fetch the needle up to it; hold the needle still and poke the thread at it; that's the way a woman most always does, but a man always does t'other way."

Been running on a Viking 1 for some time and it works wonderfully. Feels funny to really only straight stitch when it has about a million buttons for everything else!
