Great pack...but I just picked up one on eBay last week (before joining the board).
This pack is a must for extended winter camping, pack rats, or, as in my case, the pack mule. I could easily go two weeks in this thing if I left the wife and kids at home

I just got off of the phone with Osprey, their website is set up a little wierd, but long story short is this:
Size Med fits torso of 18-20.5" and a waist of 30-34".
