    New Year, New Fabrics! 7D-sil Rain Shell

    My latest project. It was a beast to sew, but got easier at the end. Weighs in at 2.4oz full zip and adjustable hood. Fabric is a charcoal grey 7 denier sil-nylon.

    Very cool! Where did you find 7D sil? All I have seen is 7D ripstop with a DWR!

    Ruta Locura had it manufactured and uses it for their Wasatch bivy.
