Well my name is Dan, and I live in Rome in Italy, but I'm British, so NotDanRoman is a weak pun on the old Not Done Roaming - or Dunroamin house name I remember seeing in an Asterix Book, I thought that NotDanRomanYet, in the sense that I am not yet a Roman or done romping yet, would be just too long

My screen names originates from a doctor at the hospital following a paragliding accident where i landed in a sitting position. As a result I crushed vertebra's in my back. During my two month stay in hospital I was nicknamed ironbutt. Thanks to hammock hanging I can sleep again in the outdoors without severe pain.

Fangfarrier's the name and fangfarrier-ing is the game. Started life in the military, they paid for my training as a dentist (hence the moniker fangfarrier), retired, came back as a University Lecturer. Now, just hanging out.

Pretty simple on mine...Last Name + my beloved home state! I've used this as a portion of my screen names/emails from the beginning of my days using the inter webs (Thank You once again, Mr. Gore!). I sometimes will just go by KLS for short.

Mine is pretty simple - I'm a scientist. I teach med students and run an instrumentation support lab for research. It leads to an interesting perspective on life. I can look at an October mountain landscape with the leaves turning to brilliant shades of scarlet, yellow and tangerine and admire its beauty. Or think about how the revealing of the secondary colors (carotenoids and anthocyanins) means the leaf's chlorophyll content has decreased. And to know that abscission will soon begin......
