Thanks for being a company that stands behind your sales. That's what makes this site and it's vendors great!
I'm following up as well. My quilt is finished as of today, and has been stuffed and unstuffed about 4 times thus far. I have had no down coming out anywhere thus far. Next weekend will be it's first field test.

For the record, I ended up using 900 FP down.

WLMiller, if it were me, I would probably put another layer on, but it's only because I too know how much down I would end up losing in the process of removal (don't ask how I know that ) I'm sure alot of people would completely rebuild, but it you aren't concerned with added weight, the only other problem I could think of is that fact that if your down is leaving the inner "shell" at a good enough rate, it would eventually just be compressed between the two pieces of fabric, which would not have any baffling.

OK, so my UQ with Coyote Brown outer shell has had it's first hang. It's been stuffed, unstuffed, stuffed, unstuffed again, lied in, shaken, lied in again, stuffed, and unstuffed, and I am happy to say I have not had any down leakage.

It looks like the batch I ordered was good.
