Welcome! They are pretty much the same. Go with whichever one you can get cheaper.
There are lots of Ontario Hangers here that get together every so often. If you are in the vicinity we are meeting for a winter hang at Valens Conservation area on Jan 7 near Hamilton. I know you are not equipped for winter but you can check out a lot of different gear and meet some fellow hangers.

Welcome to the forums!
We are an ENO household here and I have no experience with the grand trunk. I can attest to the quality and comfort of the doublenest as mine has seen a quite a few hours the past year! Welcome to the madness and let us know what you end up with
I have one of each...remove the tags, and I wouldn't be able to tell you which is which.

I own both and the ENO fabric feels a little silker than the Grand Trunk. There is a difference in size (width/length) but it so minor you do not need to worry about it.
Other than that get the one on sale and enjoy.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I have owned both of these. I prefer my grand trunks because it feels a little bit more sturdy. Plus the guys at Grand Trunks are great guys.
New to hammocking also so can only speak to what I have and nothing more. Currently I have an ENO double which replaced the single as my backpacking hammock.
Very comfortable lay and is a great bargain . The slap straps however are too stretchy and are pretty much crap.

I have had no issues with the slap straps, I just plan for the stretch when using them. I can't speak for the GC, but I have been happy with my ENO DN.
