Whats a good tarp for around 30 to 40 dollars?

Kelty Noah 9 for 44 bucks. I've never used this one though, so I can't vouch for it's effectiveness.

I got a 3x2 meter tarp off ebay for 15 bucks plus shipping. Weighs around a pound and does a good enough job for the amount of coverage that it provides. Search for tarps and you might be able to find something similar.

Thanks Looks like a nice one! I just recieved some silnylon im gonna try making my own

You could make a dream tarp with all that nylon you just got. Find the DIY instructions and make your own sil with mineral spirits and clear silicone calking.
