Montbell makes some nice down goodies. I'm hoping to be able to pull the trigger on one of these babies before the Mount Rogers Winter Hang.

I jumped on that sale too. I've been wanting a down winter parka for a few years. Hope it's a nice as it looked. I think the new Golite version of that jacket has 900 fill.
I have the 8 oz Montbell 800 fill liner jacket (no hood) and use it for 3 season. Wanted something heavier for winter. Got it big enough to layer the two for even more warmth if I need it. I bought the Montbell on sale a few years ago for only slightly less than this Golite. I thought the Golite was a good deal.

Not quite $75 but you could keep your eye on the prices or set up price notifications. either way, great jackets if you dont mind limited features and very light materials
edit: heh, just noticed montbell has been suggested. hope the links are helpful at least. you could also keep an eye on backcounty.com's steep and cheap and jump on a deal
Got a P.M. over on WB about a Montbell UL down inner for a reasonable price... keep your fingers crossed!
