    Planning on scouting the south side of the loop a little bit on 15th of jan and spending the night in the hammock . Blisterboy is comming , so if anyone just wants to hang for a night thats in the area welcome to join us, just let me know .

    I put this one on the calendar, would love to do another group hang! Preferably this time without managing to come down with the swine flu during the hang like last year

    Not 100% sure yet if I'll make it as it's still a bit early but I'll give an official yay or nay when it gets closer

    We got more then you, about 3 to 4 but they were calling for more then 8.

    The rain before hand made a nice sheet of ice all over. Some trees down on power lines but they were taken care of in about 8 hours. I have to go to Erie tomorrow, I hope they arnt too bad in comparison.
    Its nice not to see the grass anymore, For the record < I picked my cabbage yesterday before it hit! Small heads but i wasn't waiting any longer!

    What do you guys estimate the temps will be down to? I am in Central PA and might be interested but I am wary that I'll freeze! I have a TQ/UQ made of 6oz weight PrimaLoft. Not sure how that'll work with some long underwear and maybe a down jacket.

    Temps will flucuate could be in teens or single digits. I would definetly want something to suppliment not real familar with primaloft to say for certain

    i have a eno ember underquilt you can use with your eno if you want to borrow it, I bought one after fixed by doc used one at last years winter hang and told me he was warm. I am probably sleeping at our camp so you can borrow it if you like.
