... Do I finally get to work on a new winter TQ now?...

2 summer quilts has worked decent so far. But oh the horror of all of that extra nylon to lug around!!!

He lit up when I asked Kelsey to ask him. He is hearty and willing.

I was planning on snagging site 5 because it's right in the middle of some other sites and we will probably need to spread out some. Last time we had 5 of us and we just lingered into site 6 and made it work no problem.

I just called up Afton to reserve a site and apparently they don't do reservations this time of year because they are under staffed. I'll pay for the site when I get there and pay for the wood too. I'll bring enough steaks for whomever can make it.

I am up for joining you guys on Friday night if you are ok with a noob. I've been getting my gear together for some winter camping in the BWCA. This would be my first cold weather hang and I figure what better time then with some veterans. Thanks guys!
