I think I've heard of people using these in their suspension system, but how do you do it. Are any of the three setups on this page used by you guys?

I have never tried those but I do use the Figure 9 rope tightener.
Grab some popcorn.

FanaticFringer,
Holy crap you weren't lying. I'll have to read this when it isn't Mother's Day. I would be hard to explain to her that I was reading a post on the internet and I didn't have time to come over to her house and hang out with the folks. Haha, but thanks for the info.
God Bless,

That thread is a great read. Let me tell you this though. I think the large figure is rated for 150 lbs. Here is a pic of me picking up a 900 pound mold.
At 900 pounds it started to cut into the rope. I never tested or even found the kind with the biner. I think it would be ok to use for suspension if you file off the teeth and use the warbonnet knot. You have to read the long figure 9 thread for the WBG knot. You also can cut off unneeded material to make it lighter. I decided it wasn't worth the weight but you may be different. In any case the figure nine tread is great for inovative suspentions.

What is this warnonnet knot that everyone keeps bringing up?
I think it is the wrap illustrated in this post.
(I'm mighty glad it was early in the thread...don't know how much stamina I'd have for going through the whole thing...)
