Wow, I was thinking there should be a thread about this and just now stumbled onto it
The first thing I came up with is National Treasure, when they are on "the Charlotte," the old crew are in hammocks...
A hammock mention in a tv show that made me laugh is psych season 6 episode 8 "the tao of gus"
Shawn "I can't believe anyone would be up at this hour... not even animals! Are we really protecting a witness in a cult?"
Gus "I'ts not a cult Shawn, they grow their own food and make Kick *** Hammocks."
Made me laugh, because I was working on my UQ at the time. Hammock forums, not a cult (that I can see) but I have spent a fair share of time working on gear.
The Rescuers (disney, little mice ya know) has the drunken bayou mouse sleeping in a hammock...haha awesome.
Hondo, John Wayne. Plank hammock hung outside at one of the ranches.

Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." — John Muir

Not a movie as such, but in the final two "special" Burma episodes of this season's Top Gear, Richard Hammond used what looks to be a Hennessey Explorer w/Snakeskins mounted in his truck for his sleeping accommodations. I don't have any pictures of Richard's hammock as it only showed up a couple of times, but James' hanging tent was a source of general tomfoolery.
In Futurama, a few of the episodes in the later seasons show Bender in a hammock while on the ship.

At least one of the jungle episodes of Dual Survival's first season showed Dave Canterbury making a hammock out of vines and bamboo.
