    Help finding black tarp lines...

Does ZingIt come in black? I've got the Dutch hooks and figure 9 hooks, so I need that small 1.75mm width. Something to stand up to any type of weather. I want to get all black lines for my Superfly, but everything I find is brightly colored or reflective. Anyone know where I could find something like this?

Try googling black Dacron fishing line. I have some in 60 pound braid, I use it for tarps. Never snapped...yet.
An emergency of my own making...is still an emergency.

AHE sells black 1/16 (1.58mm) poly guyline by the foot. I think it's rated to 100lbs.
I know it's not zing-it, but thought I'd post anyway, just in case you might be interested. :-)
    Cheers,

    Kite supplies

On line kit supples or bricks and mortar hobby shops in some parts of the country. They call it Dacron, which is a trademarked polyester. Many weights available, up to 200lb test. As inexpensive as $.04 for big stuff in quantity. White or black, with a small price premium from some vendors for black.

One problem with some fishing line is tangle. Arborists commenting on throw line comment on differences among them in that property, too.

I finally found something that would work. Kevlar cord seems to be perfect. I also just stumbled upon Zpacks line. Anyone else use kevlar cord? From what I've read about it, it would be perfect for tarp lines.
