    Thru-hiker is a good source for fabric and insulation.

    Ed Speer has one of the best prices on ripstop.

    Rochford Supply has a good selection of DIY supplies, although no light weight fabric.

    I just put in an order with http://www.therainshed.com/ on Tuesday, shipped the next day by Priority mail. Haven't gotten it yet, but their prices were pretty good, and the lady on the phone was very helpful and nice.

    Fabric Warehouse in Auburn, Maine

    I don't think they do mail order, but I've gotten tremendous prices on fabric from Fabric Warehouse in Auburn, Maine. They typically have only urethane or polyurethane coated nylons rather than silnylon, but it's priced by the pound or very cheap by the yard.
