Just ordered mine...is there an e-version available?

I'm in the middle of the conversion process. First up will be Kindle, followed by B&N Nook, and the Apple iBookstore. I'm still exploring the Google bookstore.

It's a bit of a process and my focus is to make sure the images translate well on an e-book. I've processed about 1/3 of the images so far. Once the images are processed, everything has to be formatted again to take advantage of the Kindle system. For Kindle owners, you know that formatting is limited; everything is essentially inline. Finally, I have to test and proof the document.

My goal is to have the Kindle version ready by the end of November, but hopefully sooner.

Ordered one just now, standard shipping est. delivery is December 27! haha. What are they doing, putting them in bottles and throwing them in the sea?

Wait, there are pictures in this book? It's been so long since I had a book with images...not sure I will know what to do.
