I am going to second you reaching out to justbill. He is the creator of the Townsend luxury bridge hammock. I am 6'3" and 300 lbs, and I use one of his bridge hammocks as a full time hammocker. I can side and 3/4 stomach sleep with no issues. I can not use another hammock since I got one from Bill. And I have several custom gathered end hammocks. I just can't bring myself to get rid of them, but every time I try to use one it disappoints.

Also, my only other option (at this point anyway) seems to be the Amok Draumr. Anyone have any input? Thank you in advance.

to answer your question .... there is no shoulder squeeze in a Chrysalis, the top bar is wide and the lay is very flat. The only bothersome thing I find is the 'waist' is very narrow. If you sleep on your side your knees will contact the webbing and it's very taut. If you're on your back or using a pad in the sleeve it's not noticeable.

Right now I'm full timing in a Nemo Cloudview and it's really nice. You just have to raise the foot end to get a more horizontal lay than they use for outdoor lounging which is more 'view' oriented.

    Please do!
Here was a recent update- https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...-Bridge-update

I am making and selling them to forum members or word of mouth... I'm just not open due to my current time restrictions. So that's why the website isn't all fired up and I'm doing it this way for the time being.

After exchanging emails with Just Bill I must say that I am more than impressed. I have never had a vendor work so hard to answer my questions & get me what I need. Thank you to all who have replied to my post, especially to those who have recommended Bill. Thank you.

Atta boy to Just Bill too. Thank you for your patience and willingness to take the time to solve my problem.

The website is kind of mixed up, he's not a computer guy.

I know I'm always pushing this hammock but I just love it, no shoulder squeeze and no calf pressure.
Looks like the Canadian Chrysalis is rated only to 250 lbs.
